Hi, I’m Grace!

Back in 2017, I was struggling with severe anxiety and the effects of narcissistic abuse when I turned to mindfulness meditation.

What began as a way to feel better quickly became a life-changing journey.

Meditation not only helped me heal and break free from toxic relationships but also awakened me to a deeper, spiritual part of myself.

It sparked a transformation that continues to shape my life today.

Now, I share what I’ve learned through meditation teachings and Dharma talks, creating spaces for others to find their own freedom and purpose.
