About Me

Hey there, I'm Grace

If I were to list all the ways mindfulness meditation has changed my life, I’d need to write a whole book!

It all started in 2017, when I was struggling with severe anxiety and narcissistic abuse.

Desperate to feel better, I sought help and decided to give meditation a try—not because I was spiritual (I wasn’t). In fact, I was a headstrong atheist. But I kept an open mind because I was willing to do whatever it took to feel better.

To my surprise, practicing meditation and other mindfulness techniques brought graceful yet powerful changes to my life.

Becoming more mindful reshaped how I saw myself, which naturally shifted how I viewed others and the world around me. This mindset shift empowered me to make healthier, more intentional choices.

Committing to meditation and therapy became the key to breaking free from toxic patterns and improving every aspect of my life. They didn’t make my life perfect—I still make mistakes, and like everyone, I experience suffering.

But that’s not the point, isn’t it? Suffering is a part of life. Mindfulness, however, teaches us to meet it with awareness, compassion and acceptance rather than resistance.

Practicing mindfulness with intention is a lifelong journey. The formal practice of meditation has been a practical tool of self-discovery for me, helping me uncover blind spots and shadow aspects hidden in my unconscious.

The most profound gift was reconnecting with a deeper part of myself. What began as a tool for healing blossomed into a spiritual awakening, igniting a passion and curiosity that still inspire me today.

But you don’t have to be spiritual to meditate. There are mental and physical benefits that have been scientifically proven.

And if you commit to it, transformation is inevitable. Self-awareness becomes the foundation for taking the driver’s seat of your life and living with intention, purpose, and meaning.

As this journey unfolded, it sparked in me a deep desire to help others. Through training with incredible teachers like Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and Insight Meditation L.A., I learned how to share these transformative practices with others.

Today, I host Dharma talks and meditation sessions in Spain and online. I create safe, welcoming spaces where people can explore mindfulness, connect with themselves, and embark on their own transformative journeys.

My mission is to:

Help you develop mindfulness as a skill, be more present in your life, break free from automated patterns, and make conscious choices.

Meditation is a key mindfulness practice that helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom, awaken to your true essence, and live authentically.

I am dedicated to creating supportive spaces where people can explore mindfulness, embrace their true selves, and cultivate inner peace, despite the many distractions life presents.

Through meditation, mindfulness practices, and the sharing of transcendental knowledge, I aim to help you reclaim your power, navigate your spiritual journey, and find the freedom to live a life aligned with your deepest values.

My spiritual path has been deeply influenced by a diverse range of teachers, philosophies, & esoteric knowledge:

Eckhart Tolle:

His book “A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose” triggered my spiritual awakening, amplifying the effects of years of meditation practice that I had already been doing.

His teachings on the ego, presence and inner stillness have been foundational in my journey.

Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield:

Their guidance through The Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley and The Power of Awareness Institute has truly enriched my understanding of mindfulness, compassion, and the transformative power of awareness.

Dr. Carl Jung:

His work on shadow work, archetypes, and the psyche has been a big influence. I’ve also explored the unity between masculine and feminine energies, which ties into Jung’s idea of finding wholeness and balance.

On top of that, working with a Jungian analyst has been transformative for my individuation process, offering deep insights into the unconscious mind through dream interpretation and self-discovery.

Joe Dispenza:

His teachings on neuroplasticity, cognitive behavioral therapy, and the innate power we have to heal ourselves have profoundly influenced my approach to personal transformation.

Taoism:

The teachings of Taoism have guided me in finding harmony in life, embracing balance and acceptance, and following the path of least resistance through the lifelong practice of surrendering and letting go.

Buddhism:

The teachings of Buddhism have helped me alleviate suffering through mindfulness, awareness of thoughts, and understanding how attachment leads to more suffering.

Practices like Vipassana meditation have been instrumental in seeing things as they truly are and cultivating equanimity—a balanced state of mind that fosters inner peace and resilience.

Esoterica:

My exploration of esoteric knowledge includes spiritual alchemy and the mystical traditions that reveal the hidden spiritual truths of the universe.

Christ Consciousness:

Not referring to traditional, dogmatic religion.

But to Christ Consciousness, also known as Unity Consciousness—a state of oneness with all that is, emphasizing compassion, kindness,  gnosis and spiritual awakening.

Dr. Gabor Maté:

His work on trauma healing and somatic practices has been crucial in understanding how to release trauma from both the body and the psyche, offering a path to deep holistic healing.

Brené Brown:

Her work on vulnerability, shame, and the power of embracing our imperfections has deeply impacted my understanding of human connection and self-compassion.

Oprah Winfrey:

Her wisdom, reflected in her work and the engaging conversations on her shows with major spiritual teachers, has been a source of inspiration and growth.
